Once you delete your Recharge Point account, all wallet balance, transaction history and saved beneficiaries will be lost. This is irreversible.

Terms of Service

Acceptance: By using Recharge Point, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old. Your account is non-transferable.
Services: We facilitate mobile recharges, bill payments (electricity, DTH, etc.) via third-party providers. We are not liable for service provider delays beyond our control.
Fees: Convenience fees (if any) are displayed before transaction.
GST: 18AAICT8063F1Z1 – all taxes are as per applicable laws.
Limitation of liability: In no event shall Recharge Point's liability exceed ₹50 or the transaction value, whichever is lower.
Refund Policy
Failed transactions
Auto refund within 3-7 days to source.
Duplicate payment
We initiate refund after verification.
Wrong number / operator
Not eligible for refund if transaction was successful.
Convenience fee
Non-refundable once transaction initiated.
For refund requests: support@recharge-point.in with transaction ID.
Cancellation Policy
Once a transaction shows "pending" or "success", cancellation is NOT possible.
Very limited cancellation window
You may cancel only during the initial 5-10 seconds while the transaction is in "initiated" state. After that, the request is locked and cannot be cancelled. Always verify mobile number / biller ID before tapping "Pay".
